- Cabrits National Park. A peninsula at the north end of Dominica. The park protects wetlands, coral reefs and tropical forest. There are hiking trails. And Fort Shirley is located there. Several of its buildings are completely restored.
- As Dominica is mostly volcanic it only has few beaches. It is an attractive ecotourism destination with its mountains, rainforests and hot springs. And fresh water lakes, waterfalls and diving spots!
